I’m Nick, the person behind NJBeCreative. I work with people in music, arts and education who are trying to make good things happen for young people, artists and communities and often juggling too many plates while they do it.

For the last decade I’ve sat in the middle of programmes, projects and people, running national youth music work, producing concerts for schools and families, supporting festivals and international showcases, and chairing an LGBTQ+ basketball club. I’ve worked with artists, teachers, young people, funders, boards and volunteers, and I’m very used to the messy, human side of making things real, safeguarding, logistics, deadlines, funding bids, last-minute plot twists.

Alongside that, I’ve always been drawn to the story and communication side, building digital profiles, running social and content around projects and organisations, writing reports and funding narratives, and helping organisations explain what they do in a way that feels honest and clear.

NJBeCreative is where all of that comes together. I use my programme and organisational experience to support people with strategy, social and content, shaping projects so they work in practice, helping them show up online in a way that makes sense, and creating film, photography and podcast-style content that actually reflects the work.

I’m based in London and most of my work sits somewhere between music, education, community and culture. If you’re trying to make your work clearer, kinder and more visible, that’s where I can help.
